Grania worked in art book publishing until 1995 when she and Nick started the practice.  Along the way she worked closely with a practice consultant who encouraged her to do tax exams.  This was very useful but her priority has always been practice management and keeping clients and colleagues happy. Grania now works part-time assisting Niall, Natalie and the Office Management team.
